Police and security at the border of the 20 Kilimetre exclusion zone near J-Village in Iwaki, Fukushima, Japan. Thursday May 3rd 2012. J-Village is the centre of reconstruction and decommissioning efforts at the Daichi Nuclear Power station that was damaged in the March 11th 2011 earthquake and tsunami.
