A lone Buddhist Monk protests the reinterpretation of Japan's pacifist constitution Article 9. Shibuya, Hachiko Square, Tokyo, Japan. Friday March 25th 2016. The Prime Minister, Shinzo Abe has changed the constitution to allow collective self defence, meaning Japanese military forces can take part in wars with allies for the first time since WW2.
