Sugamo

The famous red underwear that is supposed to provide health and long life to the wearer on sale in a store on Jizo Dori in Sugamo, Tokyo, Japan. Friday, August 14th 2009. Sugamo is affectionately known as the old lady Harajuku, in reference to the Mecca for youth fashions in the South of Tokyo, and is a popular place for Tokyo's increasingly aged population.
