Cool Biz in Japan


Salarymen or male office workers walk past a clothes store advertising a cool biz campaign. Shimbashi, Tokyo, Japan. Friday June 3rd 2016 Cool biz was a campaign started by the Japanese Ministry f the Environment in 2005 suggesting that Japense workers dressed more casually in the summer heat and thus use air-conditioning less in an effort to reduce electricity usage.
