Halloween in Tokyo

An organisation hands out free condoms and informs participants about safe sex during the hHalloween celebrations Shibuya, Tokyo, Japan. Saturday October 27th 2018. The celebrations marking this event have grown in popularity in Japan recently. Enjoyed mostly by young adults who like to dress up, drink , dance and misbehave in parts of Tokyo like Shibuya and Roppongi. There has been a push back from Japanese society and the police to try to limit the bad behaviour.
