Haken Muria Tent Village Protest


Social welfare activists atop a van prepare to speak at the start of the rally following the Anti poverty Protest "Tent Village" in Hibiya Park, Tokyo, Japan. Monday, January 5th 2009.Organised by the Moyai Foundation, headed by Makoto Yuasa, for the six days the event lasted over the New Year`s holiday in 2009 about 1,600 volunteers helped over 500 of Japan`s homeless and unemployed with food, shelter and advice.
