A marcher with a loudhailer followed by Yasahiro Tanaka, President of Dora Chiba railway Union lead a demo rally organized by Doro Chiba labour union to protest the outsourcing of what they consider essential safety and repair work and fight against rationalization of JR (Japan Railways) business.
