The V-22 Osprey tilt-rotor aircraft in Japan

Bell Boeing V-22 Osprey tilt-rotor aircraft, operated by the US Marine Corps, flying over Chuo Rinkan in Kanagawa, Japan. Tuesday February 13th 2018. The Osprey has a patchy safety record and there have several accidents in Japan.. Many people would like to see the aircraft banned from flying over Japan. The majority of Ospreys operate from bases on Okinawa and seeing them fly in the Tokyo Kanagawa area is very rare and certain to raise fear of crashes.
