An anti nuclear activist speaking in the Member's Office Building of the House of Councillors in Tokyo, Japan. Friday June 29th 2012. About 400 protesters campaigned the restarting of the Oi nuclear power-station and the policy of Prime-Minister Noda to restart Japan's nuclear power generation programme which has been stalled since the earthquake and tsunami of March 11th 2011 caused meltdown and radiation leaks at the Fukushima Daichi Nuclear power-plant.
