A roadblock on the road to Tsushima Village in the mountains of Fukushima, Japan, Wednesday May 1st 2013 Though outside the 20km exclusion zone, areas to the North West, under a highly radioactive plume emanating from the Fukushima Daichi Plant nuclear plant since the March 11th 2011 disaster, have been closed to access.
