A photographer for the media shoots a group of mostly young Japanese people take part in a demonstration as part of the "Fridays for Future" movement outside the National Diet Building in Tokyo, Japan. Friday February 22nd 2019. Around 30 people took part in the demonstration in which started at 3pm. The Glbal Strike for Future was started by Swedish school student, Greta Thunberg who began striking from her school to demand adults do something about climate change to ensure the furture she was studying for. Since then thousands of strikes have taken place around the world. This was the first such strike in Japan and though no school students left their schools to take part the organisers hope the Global Strike for Future on March 15th will attract many young people in Japan
